We are currently only offering free ground shipping to the USA - Orders typically ship within 72 hours upon receipt of order. Delivery is usually 5-10 business days from date of shipment. Additional charge for expedited shipment. The transit time indicated DOES NOT include weekends and holidays.
Our Guarantee We stand behind (and on top of) everything we make with a one-year guarantee. We understand that you need to step on a Casper Boards deck to get a sense of how it feels and flows. If you decide that the deck simply isn’t for you, we ask that you return it to us in the original packaging in like-new condition within 30 days of its arrival date. Casper Boards warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, that your Casper Boards deck will under normal use operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation.
The warranty is limited and is not applicable to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Defects or damage caused by misuse
- Accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid)
- Unusual stress
- Improper and unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing
- Improper storage
- Use in an unapproved device or if the serial number has been removed
- Use not in accordance with the documentation
- Damage caused by the equipment with which the product is used.
To report an issue that is applicable under the warranty, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us with subject line “warranty request” and your order number so your request can be evaluated and a solution can be determined. Please include a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting photos or videos.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials. After 30 days merchandise is considered used and may not be considered for refund or credit.
Your shipment should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage should be reported within 24 hours. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a new item, upon return of the defective merchandise.
The original receipt must accompany all merchandise to be considered for adjustment and warranty claims. All returns are subject to inspection and Casper Boards Inc reserves the right to refuse any merchandise which shows evidence of misuse or intentional damage.
Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Product Guarantee - If you purchase a Casper Board and are not satisfied, you can return it within (30) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund excluding delivery & shipping charges. You have to arrange for and pay for return shipping.
Your credit card will be credited once an authorized Casper Board Inc representative receives the product. If you purchase a Casper Board from an authorized 3rd party dealer and you are not satisfied, please follow instructions from the 3rd party dealer return policy to get your refund or exchange.
Lost Delivery - If your order is considered "lost" by the courier or delivered to the wrong location without correction, your credit card will be credited the full order amount, including all shipping charges.
Delivery Refusal - If you refuse delivery of an order arriving within the delivery grace period your account will be credited once the packages are returned to our warehouse and inspected, less applicable delivery charges to and from your destination.
